All prices include shipping anywhere in the Continental United States

All Bookcases are shipping via SEKO Worldwide ground transport. This is a freight company that covers the Continental United States. SEKO Worldwide calls when your bookcase has arrived in your area and makes a delivery appointment. They deliver between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm Monday thru Friday. The driver is responsible for delivery to your front door. Because the bookcases are fully assembled they come in large and heavy boxes. Please note, you will be charged an additional fee if you are not there for delivery and it has to be rescheduled.

All CD/Media Shelves are shipped via UPS. We e-mail you with the expected day of arrival once they have been shipped, and also send you the UPS tracking number. UPS will leave your package without your being there if you leave a note, or tell us when you order. The 72x24 CD/Media shelves are too large for UPS and are shipped via SEKO Worldwide ground transport (details above).

If you are in Hawaii or Alaska we will ship our products to you but there will be additional shipping charges. All Hawaii shipments travel air freight and Alaska shipments can be either air freight or barge from Seattle. (We are located in Seattle)

We do not ship outside the United States.

Freight damage sometimes occurs. You must check your package before signing the delivery sheet and notify the driver and us immediately. We cannot be responsible for damages once the freight company has left your premises. In the case of UPS damages, contact us.

We are in Seattle, WA, which is Pacific Standard Time. If you call you will actually reach a person who will help you from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday thru Saturday. Remember, we are 3 hours behind Eastern Standard Time and 2 hours behind Central.
