We will confirm your order via e-mail within two days. When we respond we will give you the date that it will be shipped and an approximate date you can expect to receive it. If we are shipping via UPS then we send you a second confirmation with the tracking number and expected date of arrival the day we ship. SEKO Worldwide, our shipping company does not provide a tracking number but we do have a reference shipping number.

We do our best to ship your item within the days we state on the web site. Sometimes we receive unexpectedly large amounts of orders close together and get slightly backed up. This past year we were not off by more than one week of our target shipping dates.

Our policy is that items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days if you are not satisfied. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility and the returned shipment must be packed in the original container and in the original manner. Bookcases are large items and are carefully packed to avoid shipping damage. If it is a large item that has to return via SEKO Worldwide, then please contact us so we can make the arrangements. When we receive the return-shipping bill we will deduct the shipping charges from your credit refund or charge them to your credit card if necessary. We also charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.

We do not have a paper catalog to mail to customers. We feel that our web site does and incredible job of presenting our bookcases. If you take a look both at the items and at the pages on materials and construction you will have more information about our products than any other company that we have researched offers!
